Dietetic canned fruit usually has no sugar added and canned in water, but you should read the ingredient label. Instead, I would recommend that you buy the fruit canned in fruit juice. Usually, a combination of pineapple, apple, pear or white grape juice is used. The cost of juice pack fruit is usually the same as syrup pack fruit.
