There are websites that will analyze your food intake/recipes and there are software programs that you can purchase to install on your Windows computer. I would recommend My Food Record which I developed with my programmers. It has all the latest food and exercises data as well as scientific formulas to analyze your food records. It also has 3 exercise tools so you can balance calories in the food you eat with the calories you expend in exercise.
