There are several nutrition websites that provide nutrient analysis of recipes. I would recommend Food Processor by ESHA Research, software used by dietitians, to analyze recipes though it is rather expensive at around $600. For other websites, ask who designed the software to ensure they used research-based algorithms.
I’m am looking for software that will allow me to enter in a recipe with weights, ingredients and serving size then calculate the nutritional breakdown (protein, fat, carbs, salt, and sugar along with calories. Is there such software?
